Jonathan Parker (Peter Berg), a man with no significant reference points in his life other than his beloved girlfriend and the school football team he is a good player in, has his family murdered. The killer, who is executed in the electric chair, will come back even stronger. Because the killer can travel to wherever he wants and possess any body he desires through black magic practices using TV and even electric current. Parker realizes that the only way to stop him is to bring the killer back to the real world and cut off his connection with electricity.
