Wayne and Eileen, a couple living the American dream in Pittsburgh, have built a perfect life after starting from scratch and becoming owners of a major company with their two children. However, their dream is shattered when Wayne is kidnapped by Arnold Mack, a man with nothing to lose. As Wayne is held hostage in the forest, their home is nearly taken over by the FBI. Eileen must rescue Wayne and keep their children safe from the horrors unfolding. Meanwhile, the FBI investigates Mack's motives and his possible connection to Wayne's company. Despite seeming like a typical hostage film, with clichés reminiscent of "Ransom" and "Trapped," this movie manages to bring Hollywood legend Robert Redford back to the big screen, delivering exceptional performances by Redford and Mirren in a true thriller.
